Each class is responsible to set up their stall. Please arrive on time, the fair will open at 12pm. A table will be provided for each stall, if you need a gazebo or chairs please let the F&SA know.
Activity stalls will accept tokens only, while food and beverages can be paid for with cards (tokens may also be used if needed). If you need to buy tokens on the day, please note that token stands will have small cash floats, but we kindly ask that you use cards for payment where possible. Each activity stall will be provided with tokens collectors to enable tracking of sales.
There is a small budget of £30 available for each stall to be used to buy items needed to organise the stall. Please be sensible, everything we spend is money which is not going to the school.
Each stall is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please store all items that can be reused (ideally in a box) and leave them next to the stairs leading to the basement. Fold tables and chairs and leave them at your stall location. Please avoid dumping anything solid in the sinks and use designated bins for rubbish.
